WHAT: Tet TrungThu 2016 3rd Planning Meeting

Greetings everyone!

Attached are the minutes and sign-in sheet from our meeting this past weekend.

We are awaiting venue confirmation for our car wash, tentatively scheduled for Saturday, August 20. Updates will be sent once we know.

The PR Coordinator and Intern positions are still open. In the meantime, flyers are ready for distribution. Physical copies can be picked up at Huong Binh Bakery at Eden Center, and electronic copies will be uploaded to our website. We will also try to focus on in-person outreach at events, such as the VYEA graduation (August 4) and VietFest (August 13-14).
