2025 Special Election
Vote in-person on Firehouse Primary Day
In-person voting is open on Saturday, October 4th from 9 AM to 5 PM at the following locations:
Braddock District Supervisor’s Office

In-person voting will be conducted using the ElectonBuddy online system and ranked-choice voting. Everyone in line by 5 PM may cast a ballot.
Voters will be required to bring an acceptable ID, such as a Virginia Driver’s license, in order to vote.

How do I vote in the Firehouse Primary?
You have two options to cast your ballot: remotely or in-person on election day.

Vote remotely by e-mail, online
Any registered voter in Braddock District may cast their ballot securely using the online ElectionBuddy system. Voting online can be accomplished in three easy steps!

Pre-register for an online ballot.
Pre-registration is open from Saturday, September 27th @ 9 AM to Wednesday, October 1st @ 5 PM.

Get your ballot.
Links to ElectionBuddy ballots will be e-mailed on October 2nd @ 12 PM. Only those who successfully pre-register before the deadline will receive a ballot.

Cast your ballot using ElectionBuddy.
The deadline to cast your ballot online is October 4th @ 5 PM. Ranked-choice voting is being used.
Important: Unlike in-person voting, you must submit your online ballot before October 4th @ 5 PM for it to be counted. You will be locked out from online voting after 5 PM, even if you have the online ballot opened.
