Bỏ Phiếu Sớm
Thời gian bỏ phiếu sớm bắt đầu vào Thứ Sáu, ngày 18 tháng 9. Bất kỳ cử tri đã ghi danh nào đều có thể bỏ phiếu sớm tận nơi, và quý vị có thể bỏ phiếu tại bất kỳ địa điểm bỏ phiếu sớm nào trong quận.
Bỏ phiếu sớm sẽ diễn ra tại Fairfax County Government Center, trong các Phòng Hội Nghị 2/3, bắt đầu từ ngày 18 tháng 9, Thứ Hai đến Thứ Sáu, từ 8:00 sáng đến 4:30 giờ chiều. Thời gian bỏ phiếu vào Thứ Bảy là từ 9:00 sáng đến 5:00 chiều và sẽ được thực hiện bắt đầu từ Thứ Tư, ngày 14 tháng 10.
Thêm 14 địa điểm bỏ phiếu sớm sẽ mở cửa vào Thứ Tư, ngày 14 tháng 10. Hiện nay, thời gian bỏ phiếu tại các địa điểm này sẽ từ 1:00 chiều đến 7:00 tối, các ngày Thứ Hai đến Thứ Sáu, và 9:00 sáng đến 5:00 chiều vào các ngày Thứ Bảy.
Ngày cuối cùng để bỏ phiếu sớm là Thứ Bảy, ngày 31 tháng 10, vào lúc 5:00 chiều.

Early Voting Begins Sept. 18
Early voting begins Friday, Sept. 18, at the Fairfax County Government Center from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. Voting will also be available on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sept. 19, and on Oct. 14-31.
Any registered Fairfax County voter can vote early, and can cast their ballot at any early voting site.
Early voters.
An additional 13 early voting locations will open on Oct 14. Currently, the voting hours at these locations will be from 1 to 7 p.m., Mondays to Fridays, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays. The Great Falls Library will open as an early voting site beginning Saturday, Oct. 17, and this location will only be open on Saturdays.
The last day to vote early is Saturday, Oct. 31, at 5 p.m.
To keep voters and poll workers safe, social distancing and enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures will be followed.
What to Bring
By law, voters must show identification when they vote—but a photo ID, like a driver’s license, is no longer required.
As a result of a new state law, you may now use as ID a copy of your:
Current utility bill.
Bank statement.
Government check.
Paycheck.
Other government document with the voter’s name and address.
Photo IDs remain an acceptable form of identification — and you can even use an expired Virginia driver’s license no matter how long ago it expired.

Can You Vote Early if You’ve Requested a Ballot by Mail?
Yes. Bring your uncast, mail-in ballot to an early voting location. You must surrender it, and you will be given a new ballot to vote in person. Poll workers know if a voter has been issued a mail-in ballot, so it’s important to bring it with you.
If you don’t want to mail back your cast ballot, you can return it at a drop-off box at any early voting site during the hours they’re open. There also will be a 24-hour secure, drop-off box available outside the Fairfax County Government Center starting the week of Sept. 21.
Remember, voters won’t begin to receive their mail-in ballots until after Sept. 18. It’s anticipated that more than 100,000 ballots will be mailed out initially — so election officials say it will take time for them to reach voters.
