Supervisor Herrity and Connection Newspapers’ 2017 Fairfax County Teen Job Fairs
Supervisor Herrity and Connection Newspapers invites you to attend their 2017 Fairfax County Teen Job Fairs and Resume Building Workshops. These events will focus on student job seekers looking for full time employment, after-school employment, seasonal positions, internship opportunities, or volunteer experiences. It is open to all teens in Fairfax County looking for employment or wanting tips to build their resume. First jobs are important and these events help connect teens and employers face to face and prepare our youth for hte workforce. We ask that students click here to register.
Businesses and organizations have the opportunity to showcase their companies, brand their business in the local community, and advertise the positions they have available. It does not cost to participate. Employers seeking to secure space at the job fair should click here to fill out the application form.
During our two job fairs last year, over 600 Fairfax County teenagers and 70 employers attended both events combined. These two job fairs provided hundreds of teenagers the opportunity to get in front of employers and for employers to find talented, driven Fairfax County students to fill their positions.
